Good afternoon, Cedric!

I just wanted to follow up with a progress report and my thanks.

I'm on Day 5: Lots of water. No cigarettes!!


Not one. I can't believe it. I'm so happy to be through with the habit. After years and years (16, almost) of struggling with repeated failed attempts to quit, it's never been so easy. I wasn't really sure what to expect from Thursday's session, and wasn't certain how well it might work for me, but the temptation to smoke has completely left me. Poof, gone - just like that.

I had maybe two short bouts of irritability on Friday. But they've come and gone. And with little or no effort, I'm completely resigned to nonsmoker status. It's amazing to me - I can't really even recall that anything significant occurred: we met, talked for a little while, I sat in the "No Smoking" chair, I was really relaxed (but not too much, because I don't relax easily), you suggested I was a nonsmoker and to look for the color red, I left the office. And it worked. I have no idea how.

I have no more of an inclination or urge to smoke a cigarette than I do to become a trapeze artist, buy a chicken farm or get my face tattooed; it really just doesn't interest me at all. So, thank you :) I've mentioned it to a few people who I hope follow up for the same results.

This is amazing! I still can't believe it. I feel better, smell better and everything. My daughter said "Moma, you even smell better, you no longer smell like smoke, and the odor is leaving the house". I can't believe how bad the cigarette smoke really smells. I believe when you are smoking you are immune to the smell. It smells horrible to me now and I am so shocked. I told my daughter that I finally realize how you guys have been feeling about smoking and and the way it smells and I am so sorry that it took me so long.
They have been complaining for years, yes years.
